Crispy Ota Tofu
Triple fried koji marinated Ota tofu fried to perfection. Served with sweet chili sauce.
Gyokai Tonkotsu
Seafood tonkotsu broth with Hakata noodles. Topped with chashu chicken & pork belly, extra green onions, menma, nori, naruto, soft boiled egg, and a dollop of gyokai paste (shellfish allergy warning; made with anchovy, shrimp, scallop, and mackerel).
Ramen
House made noodles & broth. All bowls come with a marinated soft-boiled egg. You can substitute your choice of protein (crispy pulled pork, chashu chicken, pork belly, fried tofu). NOTE: Gluten free noodles are not made in-house.

Chorizo-men *Spicy* Vegetarian/Vegan option
Tantan blended in a triple broth (pork, ducken, dashi), Tokyo noodles, housemade chorizo (or soyrizo), spicy cabbage, pickled daikon, citrus onions, cilantro, green onion, soft boiled egg..

Tonkotsu or Make it Silky Red
Rich pork broth, Hakata noodles, pork belly, pickled shiitakes, menma, nori, green onions, soft boiled egg. Make it Silky Red for an upcharge. Includes house blended 9 spice chili powder. Chili powder blend is very mild.
Lime or Yuzu Shio
Clear ducken broth blended with lime juice (or yuzu for an upcharge), Tokyo noodles, crispy pulled pork or chashu chicken, salted tomato, grilled onion, pickled daikon, cilantro, soft boiled egg.
Miso -Vegetarian/Vegan Option
Chicken/Pork (or shiitake mushroom) broth, miso tare, Tokyo noodles, pork belly (or fried tofu), pickled cabbage, pickled shiitake, green onion, soft boiled egg..

Shoyu -Vegetarian/Vegan Option
Ducken + Dashi double soup (Or shiitake) Tokyo noodles, chashu chicken (or fried tofu), wood ear mushrooms, menma, nori, soft boiled egg.
Yuzu Miso Ramen -Veg/Vegan Option
Yuzu juice blended with miso, pork & ducken (or shiitake mushroom) broth. Topped with crispy pulled pork (or fried tofu), pickled shiitakes, nori, pickled cabbage, and a soft-boiled egg.

Aka Mazemen Shellfish Alert
Brothless ramen. Whole wheat noodles tossed in a house XO sauce & fire roasted tomato paste. Topped with crispy pulled pork, green onions, chopped bell pepper, pickled cucumber, pickled shiitake, poached egg.
Roasted Tomato Vegan Mazemen
Brothless ramen. Whole wheat noodles tossed in fire roasted tomato paste. Topped with fried tofu, chopped bell pepper, green onion, pickled cucumber, pickled shiitake, and cilantro.

Umami Mazemen
Brothless ramen topped with peppered smoked salmon from Tony's Fish Market. Whole wheat noodles tossed in a house blended anchovy paste & house rayu. Served with fresh chopped romaine hearts, capers, shallots, bell peppers, & freshly grated parmesan. Add duck fried garlic for an upcharge.

Kaiyo Tsukemen
Gyokai style tsukemen (ultra rich & thick). Seafood forward, pork, and poultry, broth served with a side of cold thick whole wheat citrus noodles, pork belly, green onions, pickled daikon, nori.
TanTan Tsukemen *SPICY* Vegetarain/Vegan Option
TanTan style tsukemen (rich & salty NOT Gyokai style). Pork, poultry, broth blended with a tantan blend, green onion, cilantro. Served with a side of cold wheat citrus noodles, Chorizo, pickled daikon, spicy cabbage, citrus onions,soft boiled egg.
Spice Lover's Menu
Our Spice Lover's Menu is graded on a scale of 1-10, 10 as the spiciest. The Reaper is a LEGIT 11. Ghost Pepper is a solid 9. Habanero is 6.5-7.0. Mala is close to a 3. If in doubt, you can request to get the spice on the side.
Reaper Ramen
Feremented Carolina Reaper Pepper Mash blended into our tonkotsu broth. Topped with pork belly chashu, green onion, spicy cabbage, spicy menma, candied jalapenos, soft boiled egg.
Ghost Pepper Miso (Vegetarian/Vegan option)
Smoke dried ghost pepper rayu blended with miso broth. Topped with spicy pulled pork (or fried tofu for veg option) , green onion, spicy menma, spicy cabbage, candied jalapenos, soft boiled egg.
Habanero Tonkotsu
Fermented habanero pepper mash blended into our tonkotsu broth. Topped with pork belly chashu, green onion, spicy menma, spicy cabbage, candied jalapeno, soft boiled egg.
KG Classic Mala Shio (mild)
House mala chili oil blended into our traditional shio broth. Topped with crispy pulled pork, green onion, pickled shiitake, pickled cucumber, pickled daikon, soft boiled egg.
Mala Miso Ramen (Mild) (Vegetarian/Vegan option)
House mala chili oil blended into our miso broth. Topped with pork belly chashu (or fried tofu for veg option), green onion, pickled shiitake, pickled napa cabbage, nori, soft boiled egg.
Mala Lemon Shio
House mala chili oil added to clear ducken broth blended with lemon juice. Tokyo noodles, crispy pulled pork or chashu chicken, salted tomato, grilled onion, pickled daikon, cilantro, soft boiled egg.

Karaage - Regular or Spicy (upcharge)
Bourbon marinated fried chicken. Choose either cilantro jalapeno aioli OR lemon chili aioli. Spicy version is tossed in mala chili oil.

Chicken Katsu
Panko fried chicken cutlet served over a bed of rice and cabbage.
Bento Bowl - Or go Vegan
Choose crispy pulled pork, chashu chicken, karaage, or fried tofu. Topped with green onions, fresh cabbage, pickled veggie medley over a bed of rice. Vegan option uses fried tofu. Make it Baka Bento for +2 to add a soft boiled egg and katsu & lemon aioli sauce. Make it a spicy bento (spicy karaage) for +1
Baka Bites (Vegan option)
Deep fried pork belly chunks covered in a sweet n spicy glaze. Served over a bed of rice. Vegan option uses fried tofu.
